Love links us with loved ones though they be on the other side of earth. So those we love pass beyond our reach, they never are outside our hearts. Vin was our neighbor for several years and was kind, helpful, upbeat and witty. He will be greatly missed by family, friends and the community.

I enjoyed many visits from Vinnie while serving as church bookkeeper and Secretary at Jamestown Presbyterian Church. He always had a smile and friendly word. The stars will shine brighter now that is in heaven.

My prayers and thoughts go out to the Thompson family. I will always have very fond memories of Vin. He made me laugh every time I ever talked with him. He will be sadly missed but never forgotten.
