Karen will be missed and will never be forgotten as we first met when she babysat my son who is now 16. He was a toddler then and Karen made it a point to always know how things were going in my life and askign about both my children. She never ceased to amaze me with her loving and caring ways. She was sincere and kind towards everyone. My heart was changed when I met her. God Bless and may she rest in peace and comfortable from all illness now. Thinking of all of you.

My heart breaks for all of you during this difficult time. Unfortunately I will not be able to attend the services for Karen to give you all the comforting hugs that you all so deserve. She always made me laugh and can put a smile on anyone’s face. Please find comfort in knowing she is pain free. I think one thing she left all of you is her strength and courage to get you through this. All of you care in my thoughts and prayers.

Karen was a sweet woman. We got to know her when she shopped with us at Dollar Tree. My first year as manager, we talked about my not having time to make cookies. Karen showed up with a lovely plate of Christmas cookies. I missed her when she began her battle, but I am very glad she was able stop by for a few minutes some months ago. I am truly, truly sad to hear of her passing. My most sincere sympathies.

I will forever remember my summer vacations to PA. All the birthday parties you had for Scott and I with our double sided cake, inviting all your friends that hardly knew us to make it a special party. Always waiting for you to drive in from Greenville to pick me up for our Mermaid sleepovers. Your country house, your well water and fighting Uncle Jim for the corn on the cob. The Christmas pics of all the grandkids in your dining room that we all hated so much Your cups of tea, your birthday cards to me and my children! So many memories I cannot list them all. You will forever be in my heart. I love you. Kimmy
